Istarted my career in cybersecurity at Mandiant in 2009, working on red teaming and later investigating state-sponsored attacks on Fortune 500 companies. I also spent time in incident response at TD Bank's CSIRT.
In 2020, I moved into crypto, where I led security at Celo, a Layer-1 blockchain, before going on to found my own company.
In 2021, I founded Kresko Labs, a venture-backed DeFi startup backed by leading crypto VCs, founders, and angels including Electric Capital and Naval Ravikant. We built an open-source, onchain DeFi protocol aimed at making wealth more accessible — grounded in the belief that financial access shouldn't depend on where you're born.
I'm currently in a deliberate reset to improve health and gain clarity on what to build next. I'm focusing on health through a disciplined daily yoga and meditation practice (five or more hours most days).
Alongside this, I work selectively with startup founders, primarily on fundraising, strategy, and the things I wish someone had told me earlier.
